You’ll oversee day-to-day field operations, mentor crews, and ensure every installation meets design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Who We Are:

Our client is a top tier plumbing contractor specializing in major commercial and multifamily residential builds. With a reputation for quality, safety, and on-time delivery, we empower our people to excel through continuous training, competitive benefits, and a collaborative culture.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Career development and mentorship opportunities
  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Employee training, certification, and licensing support
  • Overtime & weekend work as project needs dictate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing operations, ensuring compliance with project specs and OSHA standards (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • Lead, train, and mentor plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and safety
  • Review blueprints, engineering packages, and shop drawings for constructability—maintain up-to-date drawing files
  • Develop material takeoffs, prepare requisitions, and manage on-site inventories
  • Conduct toolbox talks, enforce site-specific safety protocols, and proactively identify hazards
  • Submit daily field reports, document punch-list items, and drive project close-out and turnover
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and keep schedules on track
  • Support change-order management, cost control, and post-award “buy-out” lists

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Plumbing Superintendent on large commercial or multifamily new-construction projects
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes
  • Strong leadership skills—experience managing multi-discipline crews in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field-service/document-control software
  • Valid driver’s license; able to commute or relocate to project regions
  • Preferred: Trade apprenticeship completion, OSHA 30, and active plumbing license
