This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of provider recruitment to meet organizational needs and support the delivery of high-quality pediatric care. The Physician Recruiter must be adaptable to varying recruitment demands, including the need for flexible work hours and travel-up to 20% of the time. In alignment with the hospital's mission and vision, the Physician Recruiter plays a key role in identifying and securing providers who are committed to quality and excellence in pediatric healthcare.
