Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heart of UPS. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers. If you love being outdoors, enjoy physical activity, and thrive in a busy atmosphere, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Delivery Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating delivery vehicles to transport packages.
• Lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Providing excellent customer service with a smile.
• Adhering to UPS appearance guidelines while wearing the company-provided uniform.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass the DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions:

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours, with varying schedules (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday).

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your career at UPS. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers enjoy an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.

• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
