**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit, specifically with trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients. As an RN in this critical care setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and laboratory results to make informed clinical decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid RN license in the state of practice (pending licenses will also be considered).
- A minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care.
- Ability to float to other units as necessary.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Information:**
- Navy blue scrubs are required.
- Competency test required within 24 hours of submission, utilizing the email provided at the time of application.
- Position is part of a 91-week contract with guaranteed hours.
