Site Development Project Coordinator

Cleveland, OH (Remote considered for candidates in EST time zone)

We’re seeking a Site Development Project Coordinator with solid telecom industry experience, especially in site development workflows , cost tracking (soft/hard costs) , and working alongside construction teams. This role plays a vital part in coordinating lease processes, tracking materials, and supporting project execution from intake to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers by processing site lease agreements and ensuring timely documentation through internal workflows
• Maintain document control , track deadlines, and monitor site development deliverables
• Assist field teams in preparing justification packages for lease agreements outside standard governance
• Gather and organize project schedules, data requests, and task assignments
• Work with regional and market teams to track project progress and support operational meetings
• Help develop and maintain intake workflows and exception-handling processes
• Track materials and collaborate with general contractors on construction deliverables
• Document meeting notes and follow through on action items

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant telecom experience (preferably in site development or construction project coordination)
• Strong understanding of cost tracking (soft and hard costs) in telecom infrastructure projects
• Proven experience working with lease intake processes and field teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in construction or project management roles preferred
• Must be able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH (Remote permitted only if based in EST time zone)

Additional Info:

• Candidates will work on initiatives that involve tracking materials, managing field support workflows, and coordinating with GCs
• The role requires proactive coordination across internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones
