Job Description
Position Summary:
Under the leadership of the Director, Human Resources, the Recruiter is an active member of the Human Resource team that works to determine the strategic vision, goals, philosophy and direction of CRHS. The Recruiter provides overall operations support to CRHS in the administration of all facets of Human Resources. The Recruiter ensures that the employment programs provide CRHS with the ability to attract and hire employees.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or Nursing.
Requires a level of experience normally acquired with a minimum of four to six years of progressively more experience within a healthcare Human Resources environment or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
PHR certification preferred from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
