Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for a open-ended contract position with a boutique law firm in Arlington, VA.
Candidates must have prior experience in employment-based immigration, specifically preparing nonimmigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, and O-1, as well as immigrant applications including PERM, I-140, and I-485.
This position will adhere to a hyrbid model in Arlington, VA.
