As a General Manager , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a store's retail, service and commercial sales, productivity, profitability, work environment, commercial relationships, visual presentation standards and operational compliance. What you'll be working on: Responsible for profitability in all departments in the dealership Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Provide training and support to all staff Assist sales managers in closing deals and attracting more customers What you need to bring to the table: Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of inventory control Strong computer and phone skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ambitious, goal-oriented and able to work within a dynamic environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. DMV Check required Salary: $200,000-$800,000/annually *Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
