Radiance Christian Church, a Bible-based, Christ-centered church is looking to add a part-time or full-time Childrens Ministry Director to its staff. The Little Rays Childrens Ministry Director should have the ability to build a ministry where children, parents and volunteers can grow in faith and connect relationally. This individual will report to our current Lead Pastor and the elders. The primary areas of focus will be as follows: 1. To lead, grow, and teach our children to love God and people. 2. Equip and empower our Childrens Ministry teachers and parents to help our children learn more about Jesus and grow spiritually. 3. Partner with and serve our community in the Fillmore.
