An exciting opportunity is revving up for an experienced and driven General Manager to take the wheel and oversee multiple thriving auto repair locations in the heart of Maryland. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to steer the entire operation toward even greater success!

The General Manager will be responsible for running the show at four busy shops (don't worry—accounting and back-office duties are off the plate). This role calls for a true leader—someone with an automotive heart, business brain, and passion for results. If they've got the horsepower to drive operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction, they'll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations across all locations, making sure every shop runs like a finely tuned engine.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach managers, technicians, and support staff to reach their full potential.

  • Drive sales growth, both personally and through coaching the team, to hit and exceed revenue goals.

  • Crunch the numbers! Analyze reports, spot trends, and craft action plans for continuous improvement.

  • Standardize customer service processes and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

  • Manage shop efficiency by implementing clear, consistent operational procedures.

  • Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities—controlling costs and boosting profits.

  • Travel between locations using their own vehicle—flexibility and hands-on leadership are key!

  • Inspire the team by adapting leadership styles to fit each individual's strengths and motivators.

  • Roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed—this leader isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!

What They Bring to the Table:

  • At least 6+ years of multi-location leadership experience in the automotive repair world.

  • Independent automotive repair shop experience REQUIRED, we are not a dealership

  • Independent automotive repair shop leadership / management of multiple locations REQUIRED

  • A proven track record in sales management (because results matter!).

  • Deep knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer needs.

  • Leadership skills that empower managers and technicians alike.

  • A data-driven, results-focused mindset—this isn't a “gut feeling” kind of job.

  • P&L know-how with a knack for driving revenue while controlling expenses.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and strong follow-through.

  • A positive, adaptable approach to managing diverse teams.

  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for shop visits.

  • Top-notch communication skills and a passion for reporting results to ownership.

  • Technology savvy is a huge plus too!

Compensation Package:

  • Base Pay: $90,000 Annual Salary

  • Total Potential Pay: Up to $160,000 (including quarterly performance bonuses—potentially tied to EBITDA)
