General Manager High-Growth Independent Automotive Shop

Location: Mansfield, TX

Compensation: $125,000$150,000+ annually (Base + Performance Bonuses)

About the Opportunity

AutoShop Recruiting is proud to represent one of the fastest-growing independent auto repair brands in the DFW area. This is more than a jobits a launchpad for someone who wants to be part of an aggressive expansion plan, growing from a single thriving location to multiple stores over the next few years. Were looking for a servant-minded, results-driven General Manager who can take the wheel of a $2M+ operation, scale it to $3M+ within 18 months, and help lay the groundwork for additional locations. The right person will be groomed for future Area Manager responsibilities as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, 10-lift shop with a growing technician team
  • Drive revenue growth from $2M to $3M+ within 18 months through operational excellence and team development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing service advisors and technicians
  • Implement and oversee systems for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction (including Napa Tracs POS & DVI process)
  • Manage P&L, set KPIs, and ensure sustained profitability
  • Model servant leadership by empowering team members with the tools, training, and environment they need to succeed

What Were Looking For

  • Proven success leading a high-performing auto repair facility or similar business
  • Strong leadership presence with a servant-minded approach to both customers and staff
  • Highly goal-oriented with a drive for aggressive growth
  • Comfortable managing P&L and making data-driven decisions
  • Able to commit to a long-term growth plan (minimum 5+ years preferred)
