We are currently seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third party reproduction and egg donation. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full lifecycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners. This position will direct, plan, and implement activities to identify and hire quality clinical candidates for position openings in a timely and efficient manner. This position is responsible for strategically executing outreach to residents and clinicians. The Senior Recruiter will work directly with market business and medical leadership to build relationships with residency programs across the region and professional associations. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Clinical Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive clinical recruitment strategy to support multi-market growth and expansion. Develop strategic sourcing plans, including digital outreach, residency/fellowship engagement, conferences, and provider networks. Candidate Pipeline Development Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians across the country. Proactively develop a pipeline of passive and active candidates through relationship-building, market intelligence, and brand positioning. Brand and Employer Value Proposition Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting [Company Name]s culture, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient care. Partner with marketing and communications to develop compelling recruitment materials and campaigns. Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Coordinate closely with legal, HR, credentialing, and operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Provide high-touch candidate care that reflects the mission and values of the organization.
