Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the home services industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our financial management, including general ledger, account reconciliation, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards and regulations.
2. Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and address any discrepancies.
3. Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
4. Develop and manage the company's budget, working closely with various departments to align financial plans with business goals.
5. Conduct financial forecasting to predict future revenue and expenditure trends and inform business decisions.
6. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
7. Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
8. Perform monthly close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP.
9. Continually develop, expand and improve financial procedures and systems.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
