Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Position Search Marketing Specialist Salary Range: $80-$110K Job Description Our client, a tech distributor, is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Search Marketing Specialist to lead both paid and organic search strategy across traditional and emerging discovery platforms. This is a full-time salaried role that has a 5-day-per-week on site requirement in the Seaport. This role is focused on building a scalable discoverability engine that drives qualified traffic and revenue across 700,000+ product pages—not just maintaining campaigns. Key Responsibilities Monitor search trends to uncover customer demand and influence inventory and promotions Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Build feed-based campaign structures for large-scale SKU catalogs Audit and enhance product pages for technical SEO and content relevance Experiment with AI-powered and visual search platforms (e.g., Google SGE, TikTok Search) Configure GA4 for accurate tracking and build dashboards to measure performance Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams Ideal Candidate 3-5 years of experience in paid search, SEO, or performance marketing Proven success with Google Ads, Shopping feeds, and GA4 Strong technical SEO skills and experience optimizing large-scale product catalogs Analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex data problems Curious about emerging search behaviors and technologies Self-starter with a business-first mindset This is a high-impact role central to our client's digital growth strategy and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-evolving environments and wants to shape how customers discover products.
