Key Responsibilities As a Resident Assistant - CNA/CMA, you will:
  • Foster independence and dignity among residents.
  • Provide direct care for daily activities, including nutrition, hygiene, and maintaining clean living spaces.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and restorative nursing tasks.
  • Promote a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all residents.
Shifts Available
  • PT 56 hr/pp 2:30pm-11pm
  • PT 48 hr/pp 6:30am-3pm
  • PT 16 hr/pp 6:30am-3pm every other weekend
  • PRN - as needed
Qualifications
  • ND CNA and CMA certifications are required.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is preferred but not mandatory.
