Plant Controller

Location: El Dorado, AR or Oklahoma City, OK

Infinitek is currently hiring on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client seeking a Plant Controller to join their team in either El Dorado, Arkansas or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and providing strategic financial guidance to plant and corporate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Accounts Payable
• Generate and distribute daily operational and financial reports
• Lead the plant budgeting process in collaboration with plant and corporate teams
• Conduct cost control analysis and implement improvements
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Manage inventory procedures and ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare and execute month-end financial entries including energy cost allocations
• Track and report financial performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Maintain general ledger accounts such as fixed assets, liabilities, and P&L
• Deliver monthly plant financial reports for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required)
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, preferably including public accounting
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with JD Edwards and Hubble is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong leadership capabilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
