This process includes sourcing, recruiting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, pre-boarding and onboarding activities.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in health care, marketing or a related field required.Three years (3) experience in health care, marketing, human resources or sales required.Experience or training with MS Office and database applications required.Physician recruitment experience preferred.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESTime management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues.
