Job Description

Our Client, a renowned leader in the medical device industry, is actively seeking an experienced Medical Device Sales Representative for a challenging yet rewarding role in Los Angeles, CA. This key position is ideal for driven individuals who are ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector across Los Angeles and its neighboring cities including Pasadena, Glendale, Long Beach, Anaheim, and Santa Monica. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling high-quality medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in the region, leveraging their understanding of complex healthcare sales cycles and hospital procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in medical device sales or similar role.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth understanding of hospital procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience working with value analysis committees, conducting clinical evaluations, and understanding OR protocol.
  • Comfortable providing clinical training and supporting live procedures.
  • Existing relationships with healthcare providers and procurement teams preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Navigate complex healthcare sales cycles and hospital procurement processes.
  • Work closely with value analysis committees and conduct clinical evaluations.
  • Understand and adhere to OR protocol.
  • Provide clinical training and support live procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and procurement teams.
  • Remain updated with the latest medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Pay/Benefits

Our Client offers a competitive salary range of $84,847 - $119,847 per year, along with comprehensive benefits. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
