Job Type: Full-Time | Contract

Pay: $22/HR

Shift: Rotating shifts, 2 days on (6:15 AM - 6:15 PM), 2 nights on (6:15 PM - 6:15 AM), followed by 4 days off

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to provide shipping and receiving support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . This role will assist shipping coordinators by checking in drivers, coordinating shipments, performing accurate data entry, and supporting day-to-day shipping logistics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-line phone experience, and proficiency with computer systems are essential. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a setting with exposure to noise and heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with drivers and support shipping and receiving operations
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics
- Manage phone and email communications related to shipping activities
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety protocols

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in shipping/receiving, logistics support, or manufacturing
- Strong communication, data entry, and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and working around machinery
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug test requirements
