Remx is seeking to assist our client in the hospitality industry fill their open Virtual Reservation Agent positions.

Pay rate: $19.25/hr.

SUMMARY
The Virtual Reservation Agent will respond to customer questions about availability, pricing, and other relevant details related to reservations for 36+ hotels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Respond to customer questions about availability, pricing, and other relevant details related to reservations.
Process bookings for various hotels while offering a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and other modifications to existing bookings.
Accurately record customer information and booking details in reservation systems.
Follow up with customers regarding their reservations or requests as needed.
Promote additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer's experience.
Escalate complex issues to a supervisor or other specialized team.
Utilize clear and effective verbal and written communication while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Utilize various reservation systems and customer tracking software.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Hospitality experience preferred.
Experiential customer service background.
Call Center experience a PLUS!
Ability to multi-task.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with multiple screens.
