The Director of FI Commercial Discovery is responsible for connecting insights, strategy, and execution to uncover and activate new revenue opportunities. By partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams, this role drives the discovery, testing, and scaling of commercial initiatives for Fidelity Institutional while deepening client understanding through structured intelligence efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the full lifecycle of commercial experimentation, from idea generation to analysis.
• Partnering with stakeholders to implement revenue-generating initiatives.
• Collaborating across functions to drive scalable ideas.
• Expanding client listening posts for actionable insights.
• Supporting segmentation, personalization, and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred; 10+ years in financial services related roles.
• Experience in business development, product management, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and distribution channels.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in survey design, analytics, and insight generation.

Additional info: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The role is based in Boston, MA, with a salary range of $179,008.00-$270,000.00.
