Position Overview
Were seeking an experienced Dealer Sales Representative / Territory Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our marine dealer network. This role focuses on B2B sales supporting existing dealers, onboarding new ones, and ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to sell and install our products successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined dealer sales territory.
• Build long-term relationships with current and prospective dealers.
• Conduct on-site dealer visits, product demos, and training sessions.
• Present and negotiate wholesale pricing, programs, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor dealer performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and installation support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all dealer interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the marine, outdoor recreation, or equipment manufacturing industries.
• Experience with dealer/distributor account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with dock/boat lift systems a plus.
