Controller

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to oversee all aspects of our accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across departments, and can lead a growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development
• Support audits, tax filings, and external reporting as needed
