Job Description
Ce Que Vous Ferez Nous sommes actuellement la recherche de profils expriments en CDI pour faire partie de laventure Agile et nous accompagner sur nos diffrents projets internes.
Au sein dune quipe agile et dans un contexte fonctionnel transverse, votre mission sera de :
Former et coacher les diffrentes parties prenantes (Product Owner, Scrum Master, analystes, dveloppeurs et testeurs)
Mettre en uvre les pratiques de pilotage (Scrum) et dingnierie Agile
Conduire, piloter et animer les projets de transformation dorganisations entires vers lAgilit
Apporter son soutien pour la mise en application des pratiques agile (Scrum, Kanban, )
Accompagner ses interlocuteurs sur les bonnes pratiques de dfinition des besoins, planification et les pratiques de dveloppement, pair programming, refactoring
Assurer lavancement des projets dans toutes les phases du cycle de dveloppement
Profil Recherch
Vous tes de formation ingnieur ou diplm BAC +5, en ingnierie informatique, MIAGE ou similaire,
Vous tes passionn(e) par lunivers de lAgilit et vous justifiez dune exprience confirme dans le domaine.
Vous matrisez des enjeux, concepts et outils lis l'Agilit et aussi les mthodes Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban...
Vous tes certifi en agilit (SAFe, Coach professionnel, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner)
Nous recherchons surtout un mindset ouvert, une personnalit affirme avec des valeurs fortes et une orientation client irrprochable.
