Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, provide strategic financial input, and lead financial planning to support our growth and long-term goals. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts. Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing. Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and flexibility. Oversee cost control initiatives and implement effective pricing strategies. Develop and execute financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards. Partner with senior leadership on business planning, M&A, and risk management. Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. Interface with external auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA required). 5+ years of accounting/finance experience. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial reporting. Experience in NetSuite Oracle (preferred). Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
