About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the helm of one of its industrial manufacturing portfolio businesses. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's transformation and scaling, with a focus on both inorganic and organic growth strategies. The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial function, including accounting, and FP&A, and must have a proven track record in managing growth, particularly in a highly leveraged environment. While experience in private equity is not mandatory, a background in a similar industrial manufacturing business model is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong will to win, capable of honoring the company's heritage while driving it towards a successful future. The ideal CFO for this role at the company will have a tenure of over 15 years in financial leadership, with a preference for those who have experience in public companies and a background in IPOs. M&A experience is a critical requirement, as the role involves the evaluation, diligence, and integration of add-on acquisitions. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to provide financial oversight for a business with revenues exceeding $500 million.
