What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients
Lead caregiver coaching and support
Conduct remote assessments and behavior plans
Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation
Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team
What we're looking for:
Active BCBA living in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state
Strong digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.)
Afternoon/evening availability preferred (4–9pm ET)
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices

Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed salary of $90,000 for our full-time clinicians and is based hours of availability. To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate above our posted salary.
