Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Automated Business Designs, Inc. in Chicago. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks that support our operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
• Assist with proofreading documents and preparing materials for meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic computer software.
